Daniel Yang in the IT department writes
Our EZProxy server has been upgraded to the latest version, and it’s working fine so far. I was able to access library catalogue via EZProxy.
The library's EZProxy server will be upgraded this Friday starting at midnight. This will impact off-campus users wanting to access e-books, ejournals, streaming media and all online databases in the wee hours of February 17.
The process is expected to take up to 4 or 5 hours, plus potential disruptions throughout Friday morning if upgrade doesn’t go smoothly. Full access should be available before noon on the 17th.
On-campus users logged onto the TWU network should be able to access all databases without disruption.
EZProxy is a tool that authenticates researchers wishing to use Alloway Library's online resources from off campus by logging in with a TWU username and password.
